Purchase & Warranty Terms

Orders and prices

Displayed prices are in Brunei dollars. An order is confirmed when Wells Brunei accepts it and the required payment is completed. Product availability and the installation appointment are confirmed with the customer before fulfilment.

Delivery and standard installation

Prices include delivery within the agreed service area and standard installation. Standard installation assumes an accessible, suitable water connection, electrical supply and installation position. Structural work, concealed piping, additional plumbing or electrical work, specialist access and other non-standard requirements are not included unless stated in writing. Any additional work and charges will be explained for approval before proceeding.

Filter service

Every model includes filter replacement twice a year during the two-year coverage period. Visits are scheduled with the customer and require reasonable access to the installed product.

Manufacturer warranty

Every purifier includes a two-year manufacturer warranty. Coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty conditions and product assessment. Customers should keep their invoice and contact Wells Brunei promptly if a fault occurs. Warranty support can be requested at info@wellsbrunei.com or +673 747 5551. A copy of the applicable manufacturer warranty conditions is available on request before purchase.

Cancellations and refunds

Confirmed purchases are non-refundable. If Wells Brunei cannot supply the agreed product or complete the agreed standard installation, the team will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Images and specifications describe the relevant Wells models as accurately as practicable. Final electrical ratings, model identifiers and installation requirements are those shown on the supplied product and its manufacturer documentation.
